Welcome to Amivia. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Amiviapreloved.com, including our website, livestream shopping experiences, content, products, and related services.

Throughout these Terms, “Amivia,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Amivia International Trading Limited, doing business as Amivia. By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Authenticity Promise, and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Our Store

Amivia is an independent global boutique specializing in thoughtfully selected vintage and pre-loved luxury pieces. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Amivia is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by the designers and brands displayed on our website. Brand names and trademarks are used solely to identify and describe our products.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services. Amivia is the seller of all products purchased through our store. Shopify is not the seller and is not responsible for our products, orders, policies, or customer service.

2. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order. By purchasing from Amivia, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure and for all activity conducted through your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account or payment information has been used without authorization.

3. Vintage and Pre-Loved Pieces

Every Amivia piece is individually selected and carefully inspected. Because our products are vintage or pre-loved, they may display natural characteristics of their journey, including gentle wear, patina, aging, restoration, or other condition details disclosed in the listing.

We warmly encourage you to review all photographs, measurements, condition notes, and included accessories before purchasing. Measurements are approximate, and minor color differences may occur because of photography, lighting, or screen settings.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the condition shown and described on the product page. Amivia does not guarantee future condition, resale value, investment performance, or eligibility for repair or service by the original brand.

4. Products and Availability

Many Amivia pieces are one of a kind and may be offered simultaneously through our website, livestreams, or other sales channels. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.

Although we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed. If this occurs, we will contact you and refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or decline sales where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment concerns, legal restrictions, shipping limitations, or inventory errors.

5. Prices, Payments and Orders

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion fees or other charges outside Amivia’s control.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment providers to process the applicable charges.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not limit Amivia’s right to review or cancel an order because of inventory, pricing, payment, authentication, legal, or shipping concerns. If Amivia cancels an order, the amount paid will be returned to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, description, inventory, or technical errors. If an error materially affects your order, we will contact you promptly and provide an appropriate resolution. Where permitted by applicable law, Amivia may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund to the original payment method. Unless otherwise required by law, Amivia will not be obligated to honor an erroneous price or provide compensation beyond the amount actually paid for the affected item.

6. Final Sale and Order Cancellations

Because every piece is unique and enters our payment review, authentication, and preparation process promptly, all sales are final and customer cancellations are not accepted once an order has been confirmed.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Amivia may, at its sole discretion, review an individual cancellation request; however, reviewing a request does not guarantee approval.

Limited return exceptions—including an incorrect item, material misdescription, or a confirmed authenticity issue—are governed by our Refund Policy. Assistance with transit-damage claims is provided as described in our Shipping Policy and does not constitute a return or refund obligation.

7. One-Year Authenticity Guarantee

Authenticity is the foundation of everything we do. Every Amivia piece undergoes our in-house review and is authenticated by an independent professional authentication service before shipment. Every order includes a digital Certificate of Authenticity.

Your piece is protected by our One-Year Authenticity Guarantee. Authenticity claims must be submitted within 365 calendar days from the date the carrier’s official tracking record confirms delivery.

To ensure a fair and reliable review, the piece must remain identifiable as the same item originally authenticated. Normal wear that does not interfere with authentication will not affect coverage. However, essential authentication features must not have been removed, replaced, altered, obscured, or materially damaged after delivery.

An inconclusive result caused by post-delivery damage, repair, restoration, modification, chemical cleaning, hardware refinishing or the loss or alteration of essential authentication features will not, by itself, constitute confirmation that the piece is inauthentic.

Amivia may compare the piece with the certificate, photographs, identifying details, and other records captured during its original pre-shipment authentication. The complete review procedure and available remedy are explained in our Refund Policy.

8. Shipping, Delivery and Customs

Order processing, estimated delivery times, international shipping, customs coverage, address accuracy, delivery acceptance, and transit claims are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Amivia covers standard shipping and ordinary customs duties and import taxes unless otherwise stated. Customers remain responsible for exceptional destination-specific or local charges, as well as costs arising from an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect a parcel.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Customs procedures, carrier disruptions, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

9. Website Information

We take care to present accurate and current information. However, occasional typographical, photographic, pricing, inventory, or technical errors may occur.

We may correct errors or update website content when reasonably necessary. Changes to these Terms or our policies will apply prospectively and will not alter the material terms governing a completed purchase unless required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

The Amivia name, logo, website design, photographs, written content, graphics, videos, and other original materials belong to Amivia or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

Third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Reviews and Submitted Content

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content to Amivia, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe another person’s rights.

You grant Amivia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and share that content in connection with our website, social media, marketing, and services, subject to applicable privacy laws.

We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or unrelated to our community.

12. Acceptable Use

You may not use our website or services to:

· Violate any applicable law or another person’s rights;

· Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information;

· Interfere with the security or operation of our website;

· Introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access;

· Copy or commercially exploit our content without permission;

· Misuse authentication certificates, reports, photographs, or product information;

· Engage in fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, harassment, or deceptive activity; or

· Purchase, ship, or export products in violation of sanctions, customs requirements, or other legal restrictions.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to or integrations with Shopify, payment processors, authentication providers, carriers, social media platforms, and other third parties.

Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Amivia is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control, although we will always be pleased to assist with matters relating directly to your Amivia order.

14. Privacy and Electronic Communications

Our collection and use of personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to receive electronic communications necessary to complete and support your purchase, including order confirmations, authentication certificates, delivery updates, and customer-service messages.

Marketing communications are optional, and you may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in the message.

15. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amivia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or purchase of a product, including changes in market value, resale opportunities, or losses occurring after proper delivery.

Except for remedies expressly provided under our One-Year Authenticity Guarantee, Amivia’s total liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid to Amivia for the affected item.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the mandatory consumer laws of your place of residence apply.

If a concern arises, please contact us first. We value every relationship and will make a sincere effort to resolve the matter fairly.

Any legal proceeding that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the courts of Hong Kong, unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise.

17. General Provisions

These Terms, together with the policies incorporated into them, form the agreement between you and Amivia concerning your use of our website and your purchases. If a specific policy conflicts with these Terms concerning its particular subject, the more specific policy will control.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Amivia’s failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. Amivia may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, sale, or transfer of its business, subject to applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal obligations. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

The Terms in effect when an order is placed will govern that purchase, except where a change is required by applicable law.
